Next Generation Sequencing (Ocular Genomes)

This resource provides the data and code for single or multiple gene analysis of human and mouse transcriptome and genome data for ocular genes. Additionally, users can search for genetic mutations identified in the Neurobiology Neurodegeneration & Repair Laboratory at NEI.
