The analyzed data is created by taking the raw FASTQ file and processing it through the RNAseq data pipeline

Any next generation sequencing data that is used must be cited. This includes the BAM and FASTQ files as well as any charts or heatmaps used from the analysis pages. The data must be cited as follows:
