Cone Detection
A software package for identifying cone photoreceptors in non-confocal adaptive optics images such as split detection. This software was primarily developed by Jianfei Liu, Andrei Volkov, and Johnny Tam, with research support from the Intramural Research Program of the National Institutes of Health, National Eye Institute. Additional details about the algorithms used can be found in the reference listed below.
Details
The following items are available (initial release on Mar 21, 2019):
- Installation package (14.3 MB) which has been tested for Windows 7 or later and MAC disk image file(17.9 MB) which has been tested for Mac 10.13.6 or later.
- Readme file(17 KB) for getting started with the installation package.
- License(13 KB) for using the software.
- Example images and results(2.7 MB) for testing the software.
- Code repositorycontaining source code and updated releases. A guide for setting up the code environment is provided in the repository (see "Build Instructions").
